Buhari should be arrested with immediate effect!
Note that WAEC and
GCE exams were awarded by the West African Examinations Council and the
University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate in 1961.
So, if Buhari indeed sat for the exams, WAEC would have found his records.
