A twist seems to have been added to the growing apprehension over the conduct of the 2015 general elections, as the National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki, today called on the Independent National Electoral Commission to postpone the elections.
Sambo spoke at a Chattam House lecture in London, offering the excuse that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has not distributed Permanent Voters Cards across the country as was expected. APC federal lawmaker, Senator Bukola Saraki has responded to the growing story via Twitter.
