The super star Canadian musician has turned 21, and celebrated the birthday last night with a party that involved a Comedy Centraly Roas. Tons of celebs were on ground in the likes of; Kevin Hart, Jeff Ross, Natasha Leggero, Pete Davidson, Shaquille O'Neal, and Snoop Dog.
