Princess Kate looks immaculate just 10 hours after giving birth
Mothers worldwide have shared their disbelief on social media after the Duchess of Cambridge emerged from the hospital looking immaculate, just hours after giving birth on May 2015.
Wearing a stylish floral dress and with her hair curled into her trademark loose waves, Kate looked remarkably fresh as she stepped out of the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital with her new baby and husband, Prince William. The couple beamed as they cradled the princess, in scenes that echoed those back in July 2013 when Kate gave birth to Prince George.
Kate had given birth to the little princess less than 12 hours before, prompting hundreds to ask “how does she do it” after seeing her in the elegant Jenny Packham dress.
Kate had a dedicated team around her for every stage of the journey – including a personal hair stylist, Amanda Cook Tucker. The hairdresser was seen arriving at the hospital at around 1pm, a mere few hours after the birth. Kate emerged just after 6pm in a dress made by the same designer who created the blue polka dot frock she wore when she left the hospital with Prince George almost two years before. (Source)

Controversial lingerie model Sarah Stage flaunts her impressive six-pack three weeks after giving birth
On May 2015, controversial lingerie model Sarah Stage shared a photo of herself flaunting her six-pack in a barely-there bikini less than a month after giving birth to her son.
The 30-year-old from Los Angeles became an internet sensation after she documented her pregnancy with a string of sexy selfies featuring her seemingly rock hard abs. While critics slammed the model, claiming her tiny figure could be damaging to her baby, Sarah gave birth to a healthy baby boy named James Hunter on April 14, 2015. She was back to snapping lingerie shots less than a week later. And it looks like Sarah has already started thinking about swimsuit season. The new mom modeled a white bikini with side cutouts for a picture she shared on her Instagram accountusing the hashtags #postpartum and #MomLife. (Source)

Russian supermodel Elena Perminova strips off for Vogue Russia two months after giving birth
I don’t think it really needs to be said that supermodels aren’t like normal people. Russian supermodel Elena Perminova proved just that by baring it all for Vogue Russia , two months after giving birth and revealing a stunning post-pregnancy figure.
A debate started online with some saying that Perminova was promoting a lifestyle that was unrealistic for new mothers. The 28-year-old model is married to Russian millionaire businessman Alexander Lebedev, and this was her third child. She started a hardcore 7-day-a-week exercise regime a mere two weeks after having her baby by caesarian in 2014.
The article also advised Russian women on how to get their figure back after pregnancy. Elena said, “Normally doctors say ‘yes’ to sports only three months after giving birth. But I started earlier, just two weeks afterwards, even though I had a caesarian. The doctor allowed me to do it because I felt very well. Naturally, at first, I was not exercising a lot because there was a risk with breastfeeding.” (Source)

Trainer and nutritionist posts controversial 6-pack abs to Instagram
A U.K.-based nutritionist and trainer was the target of internet backlash after posting a photo showing off her tight abs. She later claimed that the image of her “extreme transformation” was meant to inspire other moms to reach their fitness goals.
The photo, which was originally posted to her Instagram account in February 2014, shows Abby Pell, 33, lifting up her shirt to expose her toned tummy. Her young daughter Bella, 6, stands beside her with her mouth agape, pointing at her mom’s abs. The text across the photo reads “I have a kid, a six pack and no excuse.”
After the post had garnered hundreds of comments – some accusing Pell of fat-shaming – she updated it two months ago to explain her intentions were to inspire.
Pell – who goes by @superabs on Twitter and Instagram – says she works out four to five times a week, concentrating on different body parts each time to achieve her enviable figure. As for the controversial photo, she says she doesn’t regret posting it. While she acknowledges “not everyone wants a six-pack,” she does feel like she made a point. (Source |Photo)

Model receives backlash after posting remarkable selfie a month after giving birthd
Australian model, actress and television personality Erin McNaught probably didn’t expect the body-shaming firestorm that erupted in the wake of posting her post-partum selfie. But the trainer responsible for getting Jessica Alba and Halle Berry back in shape after their first children says today’s culture of oversharing has created an environment that breeds negative comments.
In an Instagram photo, 32-year-old McNaught showed off her bikini-clad body. She posted a photo of herself in a mirror image with the caption: “4 weeks PP [postpartum] and I’m starting to get my stomach back. Aside from lots of walking and eating healthily, I’ve been doing loads of pelvic floor and transverse abdominis exercises. Still no traditional ab work though which is driving me crazy!”
While plenty of the responses to her post were positive, a number of people attacked her speedy slim down with comments like “If you’re a new mum and this is what’s important to you, you’re doing it wrong.” “#priorities,” and “Did she have a surrogate?” (Source | Photo)

Business woman poses for controversial fitness ad
“What’s your excuse?” asked Maria Kang in her controversial fitness ad. The mom of 3 bared her toned abs for a photoshoot promoting her fitness business. While Maria’s muscles are totally enviable, lots of moms felt that she was dissing women who aren’t able to get a physique like hers.
Kang, 32, posed for the photo with her three sons — now ages 1, 3 and 4 — wearing tummy-baring workout gear to promote her fitness company. The photo’s caption, “what’s your excuse?” caused over 16,000 Facebook commenters to sound off on whether the image was meant to be inspirational or a body-shaming dig to moms who don’t have Maria’s six-pack abs.
