Music star Diamond Platnumz has been announced at the winner of the 2015 MTV EMAs Best African Act.He beat Yemi Alade, Davido & AKA ,nominated in the same category.
The Tanzanian star will now go up against the winning act from India to be named Best Africa/India Act.
Previous Best African Act winners Sauti Sol (2014), LCNVL (2013), D’Banj (2012 & 2007), Freshlyground (2006) and 2Face (2005).
