Amie Carter was spotted by shocked motorists strolling down the road totally na ked, with one concerned driver calling the police. The woman from Orlando, Florida, then threw her phone at a car while climbing on top of another.
Police, who have said the woman was on drugs at the time of the incident, asked her to stop the eccentric display when arriving on the scene, but she continued.
A police report stated: "Carter appeared to be under the influence [of] a heavy unknown substance.
"She appeared in an altered mental state, displaying extremely irrational and volatile behaviour."
She was arrested and charged with exposure of se xual organs and criminal mischief.
